At last, a purpose built, portable Baptistry available to Churches throughout the UK and overseas!

This design was arrived at out of a need for a Baptistry at my own church, which would be easy to use and erect quickly without tools, yet be big enough to hold two people as well as the candidate. As we meet in a college hall it was important that it could be filled and emptied quickly with the minimum amount of water.

The resulting prototype worked extremely well and after a little research we realised that there were many other churches out there that had the same problem.

After refining the design we are now supplying them to churches across the country and have supplied them to churches as far as Australia and China!

Shown below are several photographs of the Portable Baptistry in use by York City Church. The Baptistry is shown sat on a piece of carpet (with the tarpaulin underneath) to protect the polished wooden floor. One of our candidates was over six feet tall!
